When will my order ship?

Processing times are 3-5 days, not including weekends :)

How can I get a replacement decal?

I only replace an order within 20 days of the delivery date.
If you need a replacement sent out, it will take me about 3-7 business days to complete that, if then some.
I will be in contact with you during this process so please check your messages!
I do not work on the weekends so I appreciate & thank you for your patience :)

Do you accept refunds?

No, due to the nature of my items I cannot accept refunds.
Reason being is I can’t get decals & material used back.
The only thing I can do is send you a replacement if it is in within my 20 day policy.

How do custom orders work?

For custom orders I do require payment before I make anything, it must be discussed first just so I am able to see if it is possible, so please just send me a message!

When is it best to place an order?

Weekdays are typically better for placing orders besides Friday :)
If you place an order on a Friday, it will be shipped on Monday
I do not work on the weekends!

I can't get my decal to stick, what can I do?

This will always be my worst enemy!
You can try rubbing it with your finger or use a debit/credit card.
I do have application instructions available for $1.00 (as a digital download) with step by step instructions.
However, do NOT use heat to try to make it stick!
It will melt AND ruin the decal!
